FIBC liners for bulk bags
Polyethylene liners for bulk bags (FIBC). They stop fine powders sifting through the woven fabric and keep moisture and dirt out. We make the PE liner only: the bulk bag comes from your FIBC supplier.
- 60–150 µm
- Lay-flat or gusseted
- Sized to your bulk bag
- Food grade
About this product
What we make: lay-flat (tubular) and gusseted PE liners, 60 to 150 µm thick and up to 260 cm flat, for bulk bags up to about 120 × 120 cm. We supply them as tubing on rolls or cut and sealed to your bag size, with 5 to 10 cm of extra width so the liner fills the corners. Food-grade liners are made under our FSSC 22000 food-safety system.
What we do not make: form-fit or baffle liners, aluminum foil liners, anti-static liners for Type C and D bags, or the bulk bag itself. Your FIBC maker can use our liners loose, or glue, sew or tab them into the bag.
No sifting or leaks
Fine powders stay in the liner instead of sifting through the woven fabric.
Dry and clean
Keeps humidity, dust and outside dirt away from your product.
Wide tubes
Up to 260 cm flat, for bulk bags up to about 120 × 120 cm.
Sized to your bag
Footprint, length and gauge set to your bag and your product.
