How we check every order

Raw material check
Each resin lot is checked against its supplier certificate before it goes into production.

In-line control
Thickness and width are monitored on the line while the film is made.

Lab testing
Samples from every batch are tested for mechanical properties in our lab.

Release with a CoA
Only approved batches are packed, labeled and released with a certificate of analysis.

Traceability
Roll labels link each roll to its production batch, so any question can be traced back.
